Where are you shipping from / What postage service are you using?
I'm shipping from Peninsular Malaysia and I'm using Pos Malaysia for my orders.
Do you take international orders?
Yes I do! I am able to ship to most countries, which you should be able to choose from at checkout.
How long does it take for orders to be processed?
Orders will be processed within 4 weeks (the long time is to account for potential unexpected procedures, as this is my first time shipping orders. Thank you for understanding!)
How are the orders packed?
The charms and prints will be wrapped in paper before they're packed in an airplane box paded with paper honeycomb for protection. All orders are packed by me.
How long will it take for parcels to arrive?
For domestic orders, shipping is estimated to take about 4-10 days.
For International orders, shipping is estimated to take 5-14 working days by air and 4-16 weeks by sea, depending on how far you live.
(It would take very long for the package to reach by sea, but it costs a lot less than air freight. I'm unsure which one to pick so I'm offering both for this shop opening)
Do you offer tracking for packages?
Currently, I am not able to offer tracking though I hope to change that in the future. (hopefully by next shop update)
May I know where the package is at the moment during shipping?
As there is no tracking, I am unfortunately unable to give updates on package whereabouts.
Are customers allowed to return or exchange items?
At least for now, all sales are final. I will not be accepting returns or exchanges.
Can addresses be changes after the order has been placed?
I can change your address as long as the labels are not yet printed. I will be printing labels on Saturdays. Please email me for that.
It is requested that all customers carefully check their shipping address is correct and complete during checkout. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses will not be refunded.
Can I cancel my orders?
If your order hasn't shipped yet then you can email me about that. But I don't think I can refund stripe/paypal transfer fees so please think carefully before placing your orders.
Can I modify my orders?
If you want to merge orders or add items without being charged for shipping twice, please also email me.
How are the taxes calculated?
The customs/taxes are to be paid by the customer upon the arrival of their package as the shop does not calculate these at checkout.
Please check your country's custom fees before ordering to have a good estimation on what to expect.
What to do when encountering problems with orders?
If there is an item missing from your order at delivery, let me know and I'll reship the item free of charge.
For any items discovered to be damaged in transit, please send me a photo of the damaged item and we can work out a solution. (future discount, replacement item, etc.)
